Pregnancy Verification
Our most requested service is our pregnancy verification through a free lab-quality pregnancy test. Even if a woman has taken a home pregnancy test, we always encourage her to come to the Clinic for reliable verification. Since every woman sees a staff nurse at her appointment, we can assure her she is getting a more accurate result.
Ultrasounds
This is one of our most valuable services. *Over 80% of women choose life after they see their growing baby on ultrasound. The fact that we can offer it for free means every woman has the chance to have one.

Options Consultations
In addition to offering the above two tests, we sit down with each woman and/or family and talk about their options. Often, a woman’s first thought for her unplanned pregnancy is abortion. Many women do not take into consideration the options of parenting or adoption. We make sure they are fully informed about all three choices.
STI/STD Testing
Metroplex Women’s Clinic offers limited treatment for both chlamydia and gonorrhea by licensed medical staff to any woman who calls our clinic and makes an appointment, even if she is not pregnant. ALL of her information is entirely confidential, and our STI/STD testing is FREE of charge.
You are Treasured
This post abortion healing program is designed to bring healing to those who are troubled by a past abortion. You are Treasured provides a confidential atmosphere where women who have experienced abortion can share emotions, receive guidance in the healing process. When a woman chooses life, we want to give her as much support as possible. Therefore, we offer a variety of classes for everything from her pregnancy to raising a toddler. Plus, our wonderful volunteers can provide Case Management and one-on-one mentoring in our Let’s Talk program.
